How it works

Two figures, one studio

A design fee, paid to us Covers discovery, concept, 3D visuals, detailed design, planting and materials specification, and build oversight through to completion.
A build cost, paid to your contractor You contract and pay your chosen build partner directly. We select and coordinate them, we don't mark up their invoice.
Figures scale with size and finish Bigger gardens and higher spec levels move both numbers up. The bands below use a Standard finish with no extra complexity, the lowest point each one can start from.

Figures shown are Standard spec with no additional site or wish-list complexity, the lowest point each band can start from. Sloped or restricted sites, a bigger wish list and Premium or Ultra Premium finishes all move the number up.

Every project gets a proper Estimator run and a Fit Call before anything is confirmed. Nothing here is a quote, it's a starting point.

During the build

Stewardship while your garden takes shape

Once construction starts, someone needs to be keeping the build on-spec and on track. Stewardship puts us on your side through it, whether that's us checking the site in person or reviewing progress from a distance.

Standard

Remote Build Stewardship

£200 / month

For projects where a capable local contractor or project manager already has the site covered.

Full-service

Build Stewardship

£700 / month

For clients who want us physically checking the build, not just reading updates about it.

When billing starts

Stewardship billing begins at construction start, not at design handover.

Minimum commitment

Three months. Mobilisation takes up the first, handover takes up the last. Anything shorter doesn't give us room to do the job properly.

Pausing

Only when the build is genuinely inactive, and only with advance notice.
