What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you tell us about your garden.
• When you take the Garden Transformation Readiness Score: your name, email address, your answers and your score.
• When you book a Fit Call: your name, contact details and the time you choose.
• When you become a client: your address, site details, photographs and measurements of your garden, project decisions, and billing information.
• When you use this website: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies. See Cookies below.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
• To send you your score results and follow-up emails about your project.
• To design, manage and deliver your garden project.
• To keep financial records we are legally required to keep.

Our legal basis

We use your information because you've asked us to (for example, by contacting us or taking the score), because we need it to deliver a contract with you, because the law requires us to keep it, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business in ways you'd reasonably expect. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use trusted providers to run our business, who only process it on our instructions:

• Leadpages, which hosts this website and its contact forms.
• ScoreApp, which runs the Garden Transformation Readiness Score and sends your results.
• Calendly, which handles call bookings.
• Google Workspace, which handles our email and documents.

If you become a client, we share the details needed for your project with the build partners and specialists working on it, such as your principal contractor and site surveyor. Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and score results that don't become projects: up to 2 years from our last contact.
• Client project and financial records: 6 years after the project ends, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• object to or ask us to limit how we use it
• ask us to transfer it to you or someone else
• withdraw your consent at any time
