Treasure Island
A 1.5 acre estate of grass and cleared woodland. We masterplanned it as 14 zones, then built the first one where it would matter most: the corner furthest from the house.
A shipwreck seating and play area, with pontoon decking, a blue-hulled boat, trunks, barrels and tropical planting. It's become a daily destination for the family and the first thing guests ask about.
